2. Scheduling and Appointments

  • We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, emergencies, or availability).

  • Clients are expected to provide accurate and complete details when requesting services.

3. Pricing and Payments

  • Prices are based on service scope, time, and materials required. A clear estimate will be provided before work begins.

  • Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in writing.

  • We accept [specify methods—e.g., cash, credit card, bank transfer].

4. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Clients must give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

  • Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.

  • Refunds are only issued in cases where service was paid in advance and not rendered due to cancellation by Noble Action Services.

5. Limitation of Liability

Noble Action Services is not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Issues resulting from misuse, wear and tear, or third-party work

  • Pre-existing conditions or faulty materials provided by the client

Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided.

6. Warranties

We stand behind the quality of our work and strive for customer satisfaction. However, warranties are not offered on materials provided by the client or on work altered by others after completion.
